Mission Statement:

Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley (WLF) is a dynamic nonprofit organization whose purpose is to develop and empower leaders of all ages and backgrounds through targeted educational programs, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities.

Women Leaders Forum offers diverse leadership and educational programs for young women and adults. Since its inception in 2001, WLF has:

• Awarded more than $75,000 in scholarships;
• Hosted an annual Leadership Conference to help women of all ages advance their professional and personal leadership skills;
• Provided training on the value of financial empowerment and independence through the annual Wall Street Teens workshop;
• Sponsored networking forums for entrepreneurs;
• Mentored young leaders or tomorrow through its Young Women Ambassadors program; and
• Established microbanks in Mexico and Guatemala to help women and their families become financially self-sufficient.
