WLF sponsors a range of programs to:                                                              

(1) Encourage talented women to become candidates for executive positions, elected offices and corporate boards.

(2) Educate women to become financially responsible and independent.

(3) Connect women valley-wide to foster understanding and provide support.

(4) Provide scholarships to college bound high school student.

(5) Increase knowledge, enhance skills, and create a forum for idea and information exchange.
